About Serium Consulting

Serium Consulting was set up in March 2015 by Dr Ollie Egan.

Dr Egan graduated with a PhD in chemistry from Dublin City University and since then has worked as a process development chemist in the solvent industry, the Veterinary chemicals industry and the pharmaceutical industry. For the past ten years, he has worked as a product development manager in the agrochemicals industry. Five of these have been spent working as product development manager for a Fortune 500 listed Japanese multinational company.

Serium is made up of a team of independent experts spread across Europe and Asia who cover all areas of the chemical business from manufacturer to end user. For this reason we are not confined to one particular contractor and can choose the most suitable and cost-effective to optimise the workflow in each specific area of your project.

Why Serium Consulting?

Serium consulting was set up because it was clear to us that a  technical disconnect exists in the agrochemical industry between the sales companies and the manufacturing companies.

Regulatory requirements in both Europe and Asia have increased exponentially over the past decade in terms of cost and volume of data required for registration of many agrochemical products.
